Philadelphia Business Journal announced on October 28 that Finance of America Holdings has decided to exit its mortgage business and will close its Conshohocken office at 1 West Elm Street. The move will result in the layoff of 101 employees.

The company will move from Horsham to Conshohocken in June 2021 and is the first corporate sign at the top of the building visible on the left when crossing the bridge from West Conshohocken (pictured above).

LoopNet.com shows that the 1 West Elm Street building is 97,737 square feet, with 50,632 square feet of Class A office space currently available.according to Tweet From the company that did the space match, Finance of America occupied 60,000 square feet in the building (the square foot mismatch could include renovated common spaces such as lobbies). As you can see in the video below, renovations to the building before Finance of America moved in were extensive.
