Maxine Paul has joined the Environmental Consulting team as Director of Business Development at Adelante Consulting.

Prior to joining the Adelante Consulting team, he established the Environmental Division in Santa Ana’s Department of Natural Resources, Pueblo, where he worked on new programs in air quality, cleanup of former defense facilities, brownfields, solar energy projects, and climate resilience. and rehabilitated over 1,000 environments. acres of land, and brought her over $3 million in grants and contracts. She is Vice Chair of the Albuquerque and Bernallio County Air Quality Control Board and helped pass her Advanced Clean Cars I in New Mexico. She is a former Tribal Representative for the New Mexico Department of Environment’s Recycling and Illegal Dumping Alliance and a member of the Executive Committee of the National Tribal Aviation Association.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, where he studied remote sensing of carbon sequestration in New Mexico ecosystems. He earned his master’s degree from the University of New Mexico. Pall also holds HAZWOPER, UXO Tech 1, NMED Compost Facility Operator and Method 9 Visible Emissions Observer certifications.
