JPF Editor Craig Lemoine, Ph.D., MRFC® CFP®, is Director of the Financial Planning Program at the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois. With his educational background since 2003, Dr. Lemoine has a deep understanding of auditing and evaluation in financial planning. Since 2010, he has been a member of the CFP® Board Council of Examinations, a professor of financial planning at the American College, and director of the MRFC Certification Board.
