SONOMA, CALIFORNIA, OCTOBER 6, 2022 — Founded in 1991, Balzac Communications and Marketing is currently in a period of growth, acquiring new clients and providing more services to its existing client list in the US and Europe. To continue the tradition of excellent service and creative campaigns, Balzac has added two new team members to his team this summer who bring key skills.
Neysha Rivera Aguilar fills the role of Client Relationship Manager. Aguilar brings tremendously diverse capabilities in project management, marketing and communications, and digital her marketing. She honed her skills at the University of Arizona, holding multiple positions with the President’s Office, the Arizona Alumni Association, and the Arizona Student Union. She focuses on building relationships with her clients, ensuring that their needs are met, they are completely satisfied with the services and products provided, and they are able to overcome any challenges they encounter along the way. is highly organized, professional in coordinating deadlines, and the entire team is focused on meeting every client’s goals.
Sophia Bennett is our newest Public Relations Associate. Bennett spent her first 15 years of her career in the non-profit industry. She held various roles in associations and welfare organizations, all of which included responsibility for managing traditional and digital media relationships. For the past 13 years, she has worked as a freelance writer, editor, and communications consultant for her. Her work has been published in many publications including Wine Enthusiast, SevenFifty Daily, VinePair, Insider, Great Northwest Wine, Oregon Wine Press. She is a former Pro Tem faculty member at the University of Oregon, where she taught marketing and public relations writing. Bennett brings her significant writing skills, keen editorial eye, and strategist mindset to this position.
