Actor Park Min-young is in love with millionaire businessman Kang Jung-hyun.

Park is dating Kang, who is four years older, according to local media outlet Dispatch on Thursday.

The report highlighted Kang’s wealth. Kang said he owns a luxury apartment and multiple supercars in Hannam-dong, central Seoul. He is also known as a superstar among nightclub owners, and is said to spend 100 million won a night at a club in Gangnam District, south of Seoul.

Dispatch said Kang was able to accumulate wealth because he is a major shareholder in Bithumb Holdings, which operates the Bithumb crypto exchange.

Kang also claims to have ties to Kospi-listed Vidente and Bucket Studio, as well as Kosdaq-listed Inbiogen, the report said. According to Dispatch, Mr. Kang is handing out business cards stating that he is the chairman, but the official representative of the company is Mr. Kang’s younger sister, Kang Ji-young.

Kang issued a statement on Thursday saying he is not the chairman of the aforementioned companies.

Park’s agency, Hook Entertainment, has not released a clear statement regarding the matter.

“Park is filming [the drama series] So we are still checking the facts,” it said.

Park made her debut as a model in a commercial for SK Telecom in 2005. She rose to stardom through KBS2’s historical youth drama series “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” (2010), and starred in hit TV series such as “City Hunter.” appeared in. Currently, he is appearing in the tvN drama “Contracted Love” with Go Kyung Pyo and Kim Jae Young. The series revolves around a woman who earns money by pretending to be the spouse of a single man who needs a partner.
