Today’s youth are tomorrow’s future, and an organization in Wyoming seeks to promote the ideas of young people who can make a difference both now and in the future.

The Wyoming After School Alliance has launched the Wyoming Young Entrepreneur Pitch Challenge.

This is a competition that invites young people to promote product or service ideas that may benefit the community, the environment, and/or the state of Wyoming.

WYAA asks students between the ages of 6 and 18 to create and present a short video pitch that describes a solution to a problem or need.

Entries are open until the end of November.

The Alliance has developed a series of simple activities to guide young people in practicing their creativity, problem solving, critical thinking and presentation skills.
