SBA’s Main District Office is ready to accept nominations for the 2023 National and District Small Business Week Awards, including the Best Small Business Person of the Year Award.

SBA Awards given in honor of National and District Small Business Week include:
Small Business Person of the Year (Country and Region)
Small Business Exporter (Country and Region)
Jeffrey Butland Family Owned Business of the Year (District)
Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year (District)
Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year (District)
Women-Owned Small Business of the Year (District)
Microenterprise of the Year (Region)
Young Entrepreneur of the Year (District)
Small Business Maker of the Year (Region)
Home Base Business of the Year (District)
Financial Services Champion of the Year (District)
Maine District Director Diane Sturgeon said: “These businesses her owners do a lot to support their communities and we are happy to show our support in return.”
The main district office must receive all nominations by electronic submission only to the district’s BOX account by 3:00 pm, December 8.
