
21 September 2022 – Ontario Hockey League (OHL) – Peterborough Petes News Release
(Peterborough, Ontario) – Peterborough Peet’s announced the addition of four new members to its marketing team on Tuesday, September 21, 2022. This includes two members of his internal staff moving into new roles and two employees returning to Peet’s for his 2022-23 season.
Peet’s Marketing Team:
Adam King (Director, Marketing) – Adam joined the Petes Business Operations team in December 2021 as Game Operations & Major Events Coordinator. In July 2022, Adam started the Marketing Director role alongside his Petes. He previously worked for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) as his coordinator of game presentations and has worked for Toronto FC, Argonauts, Maple Leafs, and Marlies. He graduated from Brock University’s Sports Management program, where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sports Management.
Jordan Downer (Coordinator, Game Operations & Major Events) – Jordan volunteered for Pete in 2013 and has held multiple part-time roles on the team, including hosting game nights and DJing. Jordan was named Game Operations and Major Events Coordinator at the start of the 2022-23 season. He is now responsible for managing all aspects of game night from the fans’ point of view, including spectator stands and on-ice activities, game night music, and content on his visual board. Born and raised in Peterborough, Jordan still lives in the city with his dog, Dachshund.
Morgan Blind (Coordinator, Marketing & Community Engagement) – Morgan joined Pete in 2021 as an intern. Durham moved into a part-time role immediately after graduating from the college’s sports management program and was hired full-time in November 2021. As a coordinator of management and community engagement. After demonstrating his knowledge and interest in marketing, Morgan moved to Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator in August 2022.
Connor Massie (Coordinator, Communications) – Connor rejoins Pete as Coordinator, Communications. In this role, Petes Social He is responsible for media, public relations and graphic design. Connor originally joined Peet’s Gaming in January 2020 as an operations intern and was later transferred to a marketing role on the team. He then returned to Peet’s in August 2022 after serving as Manager of Game Operations & Community He Events for the Breton He Eagles (QMJHL). College.
The Petes also welcomes five new Marketing & Communications Interns for next semester.
