DC Seed and Chemical, LLC, a longtime agribusiness operator in Boone County, is developing land for a new business location along Route 39 in the Albion countryside.
Owner Dallas Chot said the business extends beyond the farm’s current location. The new facility includes a 100 x 300 foot shop and warehouse with a 60 x 60 foot office.
Built on a 10.5 acre site purchased from BCDA, Inc. The site is classified as light industry.
The business will continue to offer pioneer seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, and custom applications and sprays.
